Lunch Program

For new students joining us at the beginning of a school year, lunch account information is sent via email in August.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Sick Days: To receive credit for a sick day, notification must be received by 7:00 AM on the day your student will be absent. If your student has a lunch order for that day and you would like to receive credit, you must notify us each day they are out sick.
• Other Cancellations: For all other cancellations—such as field trips, changes in lunch plans, or other non-illness-related absences—we require at least 24 hours’ notice in order to issue a credit.
• Weather-Related School Closures: Credits for weather-related school closures will only be issued if food has not yet been purchased for that day. If food has already been procured, we are unable to offer credit due to the perishable nature of our ingredients.

These policies help us continue to provide healthy, wholesome, freshly prepared hot lunches at affordable prices. All meals are made onsite daily by our staff using fresh meats, produce, and other quality ingredients, purchased according to preorders placed by families. When cancellations aren't communicated in a timely manner or lunches go unclaimed, that food unfortunately goes to waste. Please also note: when a lunch is canceled, a credit is issued to your account. We kindly ask that you use these credits to place a new order for a future date. We are unable to transfer or swap lunches to different days due to absences or missed meals.

We reserve the right to make menu changes depending on availability due to food shortages.
