Procurement and Donations
Procurement deadline is October 31, 2021
The success of our event depends on the quality of items we have to auction, and your role is incredibly important in making this happen. We are hoping that each family can donate and/or procure one item worth at least $200 (or two $100 items) for the auction. We don’t expect you to run out and purchase something toward this effort. There are lots of creative ways to procure items. Below are some ways you can donate to the auction:
1. Procure an item to donate
Do you have access to unique, fun items one can’t buy? We are especially grateful for items like backstage passes, use of vacation homes, signed sports memorabilia, etc. To make your donation, please complete and submit an item procurement form.

3. Donate Cash
Cash is ALWAYS appreciated! It gives us the flexibility to help procure needed items.
Procure early!
Those who procure at least $200 in value or cash by Thursday, Sept. 30th will be entered into a drawing for a “Show Your Heart In Silver” ticket which includes dinner for two, VIP access to the auction, a SWAG bag and more!
Feel free to ask us for ideas, or to ask us for help. We have two primary goals for this year’s auction: Raise lots of money and have a fun night out as a community!
We thank you for your support!
