The big night is Saturday, January 31, 2026 in the Evergreen Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.

Arrive early to enjoy the almost live auction, buy raffle tickets, bid on teacher experiences and mingle with friends before the ballroom doors open for the live auction.

Tickets will be available starting in mid-November.

Absolutely. You’ll be able to request tablemates when you buy tickets. We will do our best to seat you with at least one of your tablemate requests.

No problem at all—we’ll make sure you’re seated with welcoming Sacred Heart families, often from your child’s grade, so you’ll feel right at home.

We’d love for you to join us, but attendance isn’t required. The Auction is SHS’s largest fundraiser and a wonderful night out with our community.

Come dressed to celebrate! The theme is Midnight in Paris, so feel free to add a little vintage French flair if you’d like—but it’s completely optional.

Every SHS family! Your contribution, whether it’s an item, experience, or cash donation, helps make our Auction unforgettable.

Think about things you’d love to bid on: vacation homes, gift cards, unique experiences, sports tickets, or even hosting an auction party.

If you don’t know what to donate you can make a cash donation instead and it will go directly toward our fundraising goals. We suggest a minimum donation of $200.
