All SHS families are asked to procure or donate an item or experience, or make a monetary donation of a suggested minimum $200 by October 24, 2025. Thank you for your generosity!

Use the online Procurement Form on our Auction webpage. If you’d prefer a paper version please ask Claire Smith. We would prefer to keep procurement online where possible, to streamline the process.

Giving Options
Can I use a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) to support the Fund-A-Need at the Auction?
Yes! Many families choose to give through their DAF. If you’d like to cover Fund-A-Need this way please reach out to Claire Smith.
Can I donate stock?
Absolutely. A gift of appreciated stock can be a very tax-efficient way to support SHS. We’ll provide the transfer instructions and make sure your contribution is directed toward the Auction. Please contact Claire Smith for details.
