Music

Music education is an important part of a complete curriculum. Learning to play and understand music broadens our students' minds and enlarges their spirit. Rooted in our Catholic tradition, music education also deepens our faith and celebrates the beauty of God's creation through sound. Students at Sacred Heart School receive weekly music instruction in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 5th and yearly music electives in middle school.

Our music department also produces our annual Advent Program and leads our middle school choir who perform during weekly school Mass. The choir is open to all students in 5th to 8th grade and rehearsals are once a week.
